“Abuse comes in many forms, not all of which are physical. When someone repeatedly uses words to demean, frighten, or control someone, it’s considered verbal abuse.  The trouble is, when you’re involved in a verbally abusive relationship, it can wear you down and seem normal to you.”  www.healthline.com    Ten signs of verbal abuse: www.joinonelove.org  Know that it’s not your fault, but it’s your responsibility to seek help for yourself.

This has always been a manta in my life:  Action = Reaction   Do the right thing, and you’ll most likely get a good result.   A negative action, and you’ll probably get repercussions in one direction or another.  My kids can attest to this.  And Zella dog?  She knows via training, that there will be a leash if she doesn’t walk with me.  Got kids?  Your relationship?  It’s up to you….the truth always comes out later or sooner 😉

I love a good talk show while driving, and I’ll share a few fav’s sometime.  I was surprised to understand that there are seven, YES 7!!!, types of orgasms for women. 🙂  WooHoo we hit the jackpot.  Ever notice how some O’s are more intense than others?  Well, here’s the menu: Clitorial, Nipple, G-Spot, The Anal, Urethral, A-Spot, and Vaginal. Guys, just because your gal didn’t react, #screamwithdelight, doesn’t mean she isn’t pleasured and satisfied.

New date coming up gals?  A great way to feel comfortable is to dress comfortable and wear what you like.  Stiletto’s?  Hell yeah if you can walk the walk, but don’t wear them on a first date if you’ll be hunched over with sore feet in the first hour.  Be yourself, dress like yourself, and enjoy yourself.  You’ll be perfectly perfect.   And if the spark isn’t there, that’s okay….there’s nothing you can do to create true chemistry.  On to the next date….for both of you.

Years ago, when my babies were babies, I’d pull them in the red wagon, turn around and say, “someday you’ll be pulling me in the wagon.” <3  They were baffled because “mommy, you’re too big!” Fast forward almost 30 years later, my Millennials are smarter and faster with the same core values. And now, I can count on them for tech, travel, fitness, and financial advice.  Pay now, or pay later.

Stumbled across this quaint ivy covered old house with a vivid blue sky, and what you can’t see is an alley below full of garbage cans and cinder filled brick pavers with overgrown grass and weeds.    Looking down was not so beautiful, but gazing up was extraordinary. Look down or gaze up!?!

Only YOU can prevent wild fires! Visiting San Diego for a few days, and of course I’m excited to be outside on my laptop, which unfortunately is collecting ash from the most recent fire.  Eight people lost lives at this moment, animals with nowhere to go, people fleeing their homes. We are all responsible for our actions. Prevent Forest Fires.
